Welcome to Startify AI (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at https://startifyai.ng, our Facebook Messenger bot, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Use of Our Services
You may use Startify AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Share false or misleading information through the Bot.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Messenger or platform credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your identity when interacting with the Bot.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, code, and materials available on Startify AI (including text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated responses) are owned by or licensed to Startify AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. AI and Automation Disclaimer
Our Messenger bot uses AI technology to generate responses, insights, and recommendations.
While we strive for accuracy:
- The bot’s responses may not always be perfect, complete, or suitable for all contexts.
- You are responsible for verifying any decisions made based on AI outputs.
- We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using them.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Startify AI and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services,
- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot or Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting or blocking the Bot.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
